Concert Choir members participate in a teambuilding retreat at the beginning of each academic year that helps kickstart this amazing community of singers. The night is centered around getting to know everyone in the choir, working in voice sections, creating Concert Choir Pillars that describe how we will work successfully as a team, and just having a blast being silly and becoming comfortable with the people around us. The night is filled with fun group games, sectionals, dinner and snacks (sponsored by Vocal Support), skits, and lots of structured group bonding time.

We sing better when we know each other better, so this is a very important night for us as a community. Attendance is mandatory (with the exception of students who are on the football team or perform at the football game that evening).

The retreat is held at MHS in the Arts Center from 3:30pm-10:30pm.
